Agoda - HOTEL O SUNRISE BAD HOTEL

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent booking at Hotel O Sunrise made through Agoda. Although my booking was confirmed for a *-day stay, I did not check in to the hotel, nor did I provide any documents or sign any forms at the property.

Upon reaching the hotel, I found the condition of the property to be extremely poor and not at all as shown in the photos on your website. The cleanliness and quality of the hotel were unacceptable and far below basic standards. Due to these issues, I decided not to proceed with the check-in.

I immediately requested to cancel the booking and asked for a refund, but both the hotel and Agoda have refused so far. I believe this is unfair, especially since I did not avail any services from the hotel and did not even check in.
