I booked a room on *th Feb for * feb to ** Feb in hotel Krishan Kanhaiya at Jaunpur through Agoda channel ,when I reached there to check-in they refused me in front of my wife mentioning that they don't accept booking via Agoda as they mention too they have a dispute of not payment done since long time approx ***** rs so cancel your booking and rebook your room at double price . I refused to stay there at booked another hotel at once ..with **** rs ..so I want my refund .what ever you guys do with your hotels .I don't care .
