Agoda - Hotel Manager don t allow us to stay

I had booked a hotel from Agoda on **th Dec. "Spot on ***** Hotel Anjana" which was from **st Dec to **th Dec and for which I paid Rs ****. When I entered the hotel first, the hotel manager said that he has not received any online booking and there is no tie-up with OYO, so if you want to stay then you have to book on spot. In the middle of the night I was wandering here and there with my family, then I booked another hotel. I want my money back and strict action against Agoda as well as OYO. Because they have listed the hotel on their website https://www.oyorooms.com/******/?;&checkin=**/**/****&checkout=**/**/****&guests=*&utm_source=GMB&utm_medium=reviews&utm_campaign=PUR***&utm_content=IN_google_desktop&locale=en but when I called their customer support they said there is no tie-up with them. My question is if you don't have any tie-up with the hotel why did you list the same on your website.
