Agoda app - Hotel License terminated still online booking amount taken

Darwesh Residency hotel Kerela was booked from Agoda app amount was paid and confirmation was given. After reaching hotel we came to know the hotel license was terminated and rooms were not given nor the booking amount. Instead we had to paid extra to stay there since we reached quite late at midnight.
