At Bhopal, I booked Oyo Rooms for * nights in OYO at Hotel Aditya Regency. Prepaid it via online mode ****.
I have been harassed by this incident where I had booked a hotel in Bhopal and couldn't locate the property. I tried by entering the address in Google maps and yet I was unable to locate it. We called reception multiple times and they weren't receiving our calls. We also called alternate numbers provided by OYO and yet again they didn't receive it. We cancelled the booking and they reimbursed only half the amount saying we are late in cancellation. We called assistance and told these guys to call from their side. They tried and disconnected our call after ** minutes. Such a fraud service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
