The hotel which i booked through agoda did not recieve any confirmation as per what they said. Although the app/ website charged me for the stay and has option of lodging a complain or solving a case as this. There is no appropriate contact of agoda. The mentioned its unrefendable. The hotel which i booked through agoda said they wont help either. I am to recieve a full refund as its not my problem that the hotel did not recieve any confirmation of my booking through agoda.com

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
