I booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip, when I try to check in the hotel, they denied my check-in and asked to pay cash in hand for booking, so I informed to make my trip about this incident but make my trip said i stayed in the property for ** minutes after had couple of emails and calls , make my trip execute accused me and made false alligation aginest me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
