I booked a lodge for **/**/** to **/**/**. When I reached the location, the lodge owner said that there is no such bookings and he is not connected to yatra at all. The photos of the lodge is on yatra, the location was also correct. There was no warning or refund on the matter. On yatra it shows we are booked. We have all the booking details. As Sabitri, there is no other options other than waiting on the bus stop till **:** pm as there will be a vacency in another lodge.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
