I had booked for hotel Poonja International from **th Dec ** to **th Dec **. My booking Id is *********. My money got deducted on **th December without my consent though it is a pay on arrival booking. On reaching the hotel on **th Dec the hotel manager said there are no rooms left in the hotel and they have not received any booking confirmation from agoda for booking id *********. Also they don't have any recent tie up with Agoda for bookings. I was forced to look out for another hotel and stayed in a different hotel. This is totally unethical and unjustified behavior from Agoda for the customer. I want my refund.
