Booked Oyo Hotel Raj Ratan in Ahmedabad. Booking ID - ZRUV****. During Checkin the hotel denied to provide the room and demand for Rs.***/- Extra. I said that i will complaint to Oyo regarding this, then they told me that if you complaint to Oyo then i denied to offer the room and Cancel your Booking. Then i talk to Oyo Customer Care and Oyo customer care told me to pass mobile to Hotel Manager. The Hotel manager in front of me told to oyo representative that i have not received the booking. After some discussion the Hotel manager told to oyo that i will provide the room and then disconnect the call. Then after that he again told me that if you want checkin then you have to pay extra Rs.***/-. The Hotel manager is playing games with me. In that situation i agreed to pay the amount. Now the oyo denied to provide me the refund because the hotel manager told them that they have provided me the upgraded room. But i have received the same room, No any other room has been given to me. The hotel manager is playing games.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
