We have booked hotel goroomgo kalra regency shimla through agoda app but we faced a lot of harrasment as there's some dispute between hotel and agoda company. We have not given breakfast for which we have already paid on line. This incidence occurs on * april ****. We had even children with us.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
