We booked a hotel in udaipur named Hotel Blu Orchid and that was non refundable but when we reached the hotel they told us that the total rooms available in hotel is only nine but it shows *** rooms in agoda website and that booking was not refundable we want our money back as there were no availablity in hotel then why agoda was showing there.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
