Please refer attached hotel booking confirmation No. ************* for a total amount of Rs ****/-. Arising out of Covid-** nationwide lockdown the said booking was cancelled and refund confirmed by EaseMyTrip vide email dated **.**.**** (copy attached). Subsequently, they reaffirmed on **.**.**** for refund after **.**.****, which has not yet been made and my last email dated **.**.**** has also not been responded, which clearly indicates their intent. Please assist and help me to get the full refund for my hotel booking.
