I had made a hotel booking from the Agoda app in May ****. While booking, I was informed that the the booking was entitled to a full refund of INR *,***.**. I needed to make changes to the room occupancy, so I was informed to cancel the current booking and re-book on the app, which I did. After cancelling my previous booking, I was informed that the money would be refunded to my card within ** days. After ** days upon checking the refund status on the app, it showed that the refund was processed, however I as of now I still didn't receive the refund. I tried getting in touch with agoda support via telephone & email, but to no avail.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
