I had booked hotel ngawang homestay for jan * to jan * ****.
On ** th December I got call from someone who told about all my booking details claiming make my trip agent and asked me to cancell the booking as there are some isssues with this hotel with mmt.I was assured that I will get full refund.
So I cancelled the booking and booked another hotel in same area for same dates.
Now it's been so long but I did not receive the refund yet.I have called to customer service ( Ticket Id ***************** )and they assured that I will get my refund in * working days. But still it is in vain.
I did not expect such unprofessionalism and harrasment from make my trip being a customer from so many years.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
