Gopalakrishna K V filed complaint against PayTM on Dec 12, 2019
I have booked hotel at Saibala Inn in Chennai through PayTM Hotels. Paid money Rs.**** from PayTM wallet. Booked on **rd Nov **** and Paytm confirmed the booking from **rd Nov **** to **th Nov ****. Before reaching the hotel I received call from hotel saying that rooms are not available. So I complained to PayTM by phone as well as **** help by writing. I followed up several times but PayTM not refunded the money till today. They simply saying that your complaint is taken on high priority. PayTM not ready to have conference call between Hotel and me to conclude the issue. When I follow up with hotel, they said they already updated to Paytm and no money received from PayTM. Even after ** days they are failed to refund. I am looking forward get my money back immediately.
