Goibibo and OYO - Hotel booking fraud

I booked a hotel from goibibo hotel Oyo ***** hotel Classio Inn. I done the payment also but when I reached hotel they said the hotel is closed from last * days as there is case registered to this hotel. So we cannot stay here. I lost my money and also the goibibo and oyo are running that hotel which is closed due to some unethical acts.
