I booked a hotel named Spot On ***** Hotel Vandana, Pahar Ganj New Delhi for **-**-**** through the Agoda Website and I already paid for the booking. When I reached the hotel I was told that they did not receive the money and the room is not available. I had to face so much inconvenience because of this. I need my refund otherwise I will take a legal action against the website. My booking id is *********
