I Initiated a hotel booking through yatra and went to the payment page and paid the money. Money is debited from the account but i did not receive any confirmation from yatra and i did not get my money back upto now. I can see the money has been sent to yatra.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
