I have reserved hotel in Langkawi for * days.

Booking no: NH*************.
The payment was completed and received an invoice from MakeMyTrip. Also received a booking confirmation email from MakeMyTrip.
Now they are saying there was a technical error and the booking is picked up on wrong rates as because the system has generated wrong rates automatically. I have planned everything according to that booking. if they cancel that I will have a loss.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
