I had booked a room in Luxury hotel at Bhopal through Agoda app on **th Aug for the period of ** -**th Aug ,** the confirmation of received through app /mail .
But to my surprise when I reached hotel today in the morning I was informed that my booking was cancelled by Agoda unilaterally without any such request/communication from by side , which was a very harrowing experience & it was raining heavily .
However later on understanding the whole situation the hotel management was kind enough to provide me the room .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
