I made booking via agoda app over month ago and it was confornmmmed by hotel too for **th till **th mar amritser
At tume of checkinhotel said booking is cancelled whivh i was not aware if n also my money was deducted
This is unacceptable if agoda has this kind of tie ups its patheic who deny last momnt
Now i hav to live in one room only n hotel is far from where i chose
I want my refund

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
