We have booked hotel for * days through agoda.com in manali. Our booking is confirmed and we paid money in advance. However, after reaching hotel we see that the management haven't received our booking confirmation and didn't accept our check-in. Because of this we were at loss.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
