Events in short:
Booked FAB hotel for * rooms vide booking IDs - N*V*IK, DO*B*D, QMUPTF on ** oct for stay of ** nov to ** nov **. Reached at hotel in the morning came to know at hotel that hotel is closed since last *-** days.
Called FAB Hotel helpline they were unable to manage alternate hotel.
FAB hotel team had no idea that this hotel is not working since last ** days. Came to know from hotel staff that this kinds of incidents keeps on happening. FAB hotel doesn't bother for their guest.
In spite of paying in partial advance I got this experience.
I asked them to pay for other hotel where I stay and I will pay to FAB committed amount. They are unwilling to do so.
We were ** people and we had to suffer a lot in the morning due to bad management of FAB hotels. I felt betrayed by paying advance.
I asked for compensation if they can't do anything else and reply was that we can't do anything about your bad experience except verbal apology and refund of advance.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
