I booked FabExpress Airport Metro from August **, ****, to August **, ****. When I contacted the property for early check in, they informed that booking got cancelled and told to contact fab hotel customer care
*. When I contacted fab hotel customer care, the customer service representative informed that the booking got cancelled, he informed that arranging an alternate stay in the same location is not possible since all the hotels in the area are full. He offered a full refund of the booking amount.
*.This is an embarrassing situation for me. I am visiting Mumbai for a personal trip, I booked the hotel in advance and at the last minute denying booking and offering a full refund !!!!!.
*. Now all hotel rates are increased even for Rs.****/- I am unable to book a decent hotel.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
