Dear Fab Hotels Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent booking experience. I had booked a specific room, but upon arrival, I was provided with a smaller and different room than what I had reserved. To get the room I originally booked, I had to pay extra, which caused me an unexpected financial loss.

This experience was very frustrating and does not meet the expectations set by your company. I request a resolution for the inconvenience caused, preferably a refund for the additional amount I had to pay or compensation in some form.
