I have been renting out my apartment as *BHK with nestaway for the past one year. The company charges **% of my monthly rental but does not provide any service in times of need. The television in my house broke down and I had to come down to India to have it fixed. They never organized even one house visit in * year and I had to spend weeks cleaning the house myself because it was much dirtier than expected. Despite multiple attempts they never honored any appointments with me while I was in India.
And now that I have converted this house to a * BHK, I have been running after them for * months to have the advertisement posted (with pictures) on the website but have been greatly disappointed and frustrated. And now I am going to loose *****/- of rent per month because not even the house pictures are out on the website and no visits have been scheduled with prospective tenants. Please find attached the mail chain of conversations in this regard.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
