HONDA 2 WHEELARS INDIA - Honda Scooty delivered without a single drop of petrol due to which wife and 1 year old daughter suf

Dear Honda India Team,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the delivery experience of my newly purchased Honda Activa from your showroom located at Shri Sai honda Pilibhit Bypass Road, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

On ** April ****, I received delivery of the vehicle (Honda Activa), which was handed over without a single drop of petrol in the tank. As a result, after travelling barely * kilometers, the scooter stopped midway at night. I was left with no choice but to walk for nearly * kilometers with my wife and *-year-old daughter — an extremely distressing and unsafe situation.

To make matters worse, the engine warning light began to illuminate due to the lack of fuel, raising concerns about the condition of the brand-new vehicle.

This level of negligence and lack of basic customer consideration is highly unacceptable. At the very least, a new vehicle should be delivered with enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol station safely.

I request you to take this matter seriously and ensure that such experiences are not repeated for future customers. I also expect an appropriate explanation and a gesture of apology for the inconvenience and distress caused to my family.

Against this form of negligence I want Rs **** Rs compensation for my mental harrasment and safety issues for my wife and * year old daughter.

I hope for a prompt response and resolution.
