Hi Team,
In **** i got home loan from BHFL with which Home insurance was sold to me by Mangesh Wattamwar who is the employee of BHFL.
Till date i havent received insurance certificate and even today during the call Prathmesh Ovhal failed to provide me the requested details regarding Insurance policy which was sold to me.
Second thing I want to know why cant I transfer my insurance or demand refund in case of Balance transfer. As per guidelines of Irdai, insurance has to be transferable or refundable.
Third thing the policy sold to me had a premium of *lakhs but in the statement of account it shows *lakhs has been charged against processing fees and * rupees charged as premium against suraksha policy sold me.
How many ambiguities are there in this insurance your people sold?
I have ** other insurance policies that cover my car and bike and they are crisp clear.
