I have applied to Balance Transfer in Hdfc Limited of my existing Home Loan (From Andhra Bank) with file no. *********.
As per trailing mail dated **.**.****, my loan was approved, an offer letter also received by another mail.
As per offer letter, there is a fee waiver offer, but close ended limited period offer only and the fee waiver shall not be applicable if the disbursement is availed after August **st, ****.
Please note that is nothing delaying from my end, and till date not any disbursement after many requests by me.
As per executive of hdfc Ltd., I have stop my existing emi, due to complete payment within a week. My EMI date is **.**.****. I have loss of extra penalty from Andhra Bank.
Then I want to go with other bank or continue with last bank .
Please provide refund my fee (Rs. ****/-) paid by cheque no. ******, dated **.**.**** (by Axis Bank) in favour of Hdfc limited.
Also provide the extra charges from existing bank i.e. Rs. ****/-
Total Amount Rs. *****/-
