I have booked a holiday package of Kashmir from makemytrip on *th April. Package total cost was ***** Rs. Due to current covid situation we decided to cancel the trip. As per the policy mentioned on their website and described by the assigned relationship officer from makemytrip the last day to cancel the trip was **th April. I cancelled on the same day and got a notification saying cancellation is in progress someone from makemytrip will contact. But since then nobody has contacted and when I am trying to reach out to customer care number (***********/ ***********/ ***********) the automated system is asking to connect to your assigned relationship officer whose number (**********) is coming switched off since **rd April and her last seen on WhatsApp is also **rd. There is absolutely no way to connect with the company to get my refund. Also I have dropped mails to them but haven't received any response yet. The bookings are still showing as confirmed and the hotels staffs are saying that they have not received any cancellation request yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
