Booked holiday package to Andaman based on the offer "Free cancellation" in their website, vide ID NL************* on ** December **** for the dates ** Jan **** to ** Jan ****.
Relationship Manager contact/whatsapp number ********** whose name is Nidhy Bansal with whom I contacted on ** Jan **** requesting for updated itinerary but I was asked to wait.
I have sent Covid restriction details of South Andaman authority on ** Jan **** followed by reminders on ** Jan ****.
I have sent formal mail on ** Dec ****due to the delay in response, attaching the circular and asking for the confirmation to avoid additional travel expense such as RT-PCR tests, taxi booking, etc.
** Jan ****, Nidhy Bansal sent me a reply giving options which involve additional demand of money from me. I accepted for date change but not accepting extra cost demand.
Further mails from Nidhy Bansal having contradictory in nature and made frustrations. I tried to approach their management but could lead to dead end in all the way tried. Now I realized that it is a cheat.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
