Hello Sir I'm Gitesh from Pundri District Kaithal State ( Haryana ) paytm blocked my account on ** May **** I have received msg on my phone in night that they have blocked my paytm Account I have to contact there customer care executive inorder to get unblock my paytm Account so I already contacted them regarding my issue of blocked Account number - ********** & I get reply from them afterthat

Hi, We have been reported of a fraud transaction by [ dcb bank ] and you have received money which included part of that fraud transaction. Hence we have blocked your account. Now in order to get it unblocked, please provide us the lawful reason for the purpose of receiving the disputed amount in your wallet and the service being rendered to the sender of money. If any proof of services rendered has been issued to sender like invoice/bill etc kindly share the same. Else kindly share your justification/explanation for receiving the amount. Please be noted that your justification/explanation will be considered as your legal statement and may be shared with law enforcement agencies, when & where needed. Also share the scan copy of your KYC Docs i.e. Pan Card and Aadhar(Both Side). Now in order to get it unblocked, we need written approval from police to unblock your account. Kindly coordinate with the police authority at below mentioned contact details and ask them to drop a mail at cybercell@paytm.com directing us to unblock the account. Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Cell, Warangal Police Commissionerate, Email id : cybercell-wrl-wrlc@tspolice.gov.in You may also give reference of subject line of their mail to us which reads as "Please stop fraudulent transaction and refund the amount into the actual victim's account...(****_Dinesh)". Now they say I have to contact warangal police commisoner I already contacted him by call & say him that my paytm Account is blocked & paytm asked me to contact u & he blocked my number afterthat saying I'm not using paytm . Next I msg him on Whatsapp that number provided to me by paytm of warangal police commisoner - K.Janardhan Reddy,

You are indirectly involved in this case that's why we freeze your Account. Please cooperative with us and provide the details we required in our investigation if we will satisfy with your answers then we will unfreeze your Account.
I already given them all the details they want with my adhar card pancard still my account is blocked paytm not unblocking it - ********** my paytm Account number
Also they say this to me
Some unknown fraudster having mobile number ************ transferred ****/- fraudulent money to your Paytm accont having mobile number ************ on **-**-****. Please provide the complete information regarding the fraudulent transaction. Until and unless if you are not responding in a proper way we consider you as a fraudster, who involved in this crime.

I not know that person directly who transferred **** INR To My Paytm Account But I know a person who is involved in this matter +************ he need Telegram auto chat bot & I give him afterthat he pay me money of **** Inr from that {Sarju} Name Account & u saying that is fraudulent transaction that I have received in my account so I don't know that he is fraud & transfer money to my account from a fraudulent ACCOUNT So I Request u to kindly unblock my paytm Account I don't have any thing to say in this matter all I know that +************ this person send money to my account I don't know from where he get this money but I given him service for what he paid to me here is screenshot of that

Now they say other thing to me that they have successfully recover amount from my paytm PAYMENT bank account number -************ & working on to send it back to source bank account of victim as per directions of police
Why they recover amount from my paytm PAYMENT bank account while I already provided them all the details they need in there investigation
I want all my money back from paytm & I want my PAYTM Account unblock - ********** this number paytm blocked it & not giving me a good answer Everytime lying to me very bad customer support they not picking up call also not provide resolution of my issue of Account blocked all they provide support via Twitter or paytm app on **×* help I contacted them on all these platform still my paytm Account blocked
Also they say me to ask to warangal police commisoner to drop a email to - cybercell@paytm.com directing us to unblock my paytm Account number - ********** I already do that still no reply no response I get from warangal police commisoner & still my account & my money in it of **,*** rs is still blocked
Please help me to get my money back from paytm they are lying to me not resolving my issue
