Amazon - Havent recieved the paid item from amazon

My order delivery date was **th Aug and it was a prepaid order, on **th the order status changed to delivered , I called Amazon and was told that order is marked delivered but not to worry it will be delivered to me by **th, on **th I was told it's not yet dispatched, and frm ghat day onwards I'm calling and speaking to multiple people and all just keep saying yes already delivered on **th , I raised tha complaint , wrote to grevience team but got no help . The company not ready to help nor delivering the package I've paid for.
