Boult - Havent received courier reimbursement time

I sent my boult product *nd time to their service center, paid for the courier charged, was told i will be reimbursed

First time was in January, Haven't received it yet!

This time again in July, The product goes defective *nd time (is still under warranty till September),
I sent the courier containing the product again, They told me i will get my money back on my UPI ID within ** hrs.
It's been ** Hours and i havent recieved any money (Actually its been * months from the first incident but anyway)


Wrote this email to them, No response
Customer Care is non existent
Their chat bots dont connect me to live customer support
Automated call gets cut

"I am writing to inquire about the ₹*** cashback that was promised to me as Courier reimbursement but has not yet been deposited into my account. According to the communication I received, the cashback should have been processed within ** hours. Unfortunately, this timeframe has passed, and I have yet to receive the amount. For your reference, my ticket number is ********. I have also attached a screenshot of the communication confirming the cashback offer. Could you please look into this matter and provide an update on the status of my cashback? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter."
