Boult - Deficiency in Service Boult Mustang Dash Sent for Repair No Acknowledgment Since Dec

I am filing this complaint against Boult Audio regarding the total lack of communication and service for my Boult Mustang Dash TWS.

On **th December, I shipped my product to the Boult warehouse to resolve a audio issue. According to courier records, the product was successfully delivered and received at their facility on **th December ****.

Despite the product being in their possession for nearly a week, I have received:
- No Ticket ID or reference number.
- No acknowledgment email confirming they received the parcel.
- No help from their WhatsApp bot, which appears to be non-functional.

I have followed all official instructions provided by Boult, yet I am left without my product and without any way to track its status. This is a clear violation of consumer rights and a failure to provide the promised warranty service.

Resolution Required: I demand that Boult Audio immediately acknowledge the receipt of my product, provide a valid Ticket ID, and either return the repaired/replaced unit within ** hours or provide a full refund of the purchase amount.
