Neetu Barar filed complaint against Boult on Sep 22, 2023
I have placed an order with Boult website on **th Aug of Boult Earbuds. I received the order after few days of placing order but it was defective. One earbuds was not working and the box was also looked as it was used already. I've raised the complaint immediately and they took the product back. But after that they are not responding at all. Neither they are sending the new product as a replacement nor they are refunding my amount in simple pay account. I have tried reaching them multiple times but no solution till yet. They have pathetic services along with the pathetic products. I want either my replaced product or my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
