I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor customer service and failure to acknowledge the delivery of my faulty Boult earbuds sent for warranty repair.

- Courier Details: Sent via India Post, Tracking Number: [EU********* IN], Delivered on **th May **** (as confirmed by India Post)
- Communication: I have been contacting your customer support daily, but they have repeatedly denied receiving the parcel despite delivery confirmation from India Post. I even visited the India Post office to confirm the delivery, and they verified that the parcel reached your address on **th May ****.
Your team’s unprofessional behavior and consistent denial have caused me significant emotional distress, wasted my time, and led to daily harassment. I demand:
*. Immediate acknowledgment of my parcel receipt.
*. Replacement of the faulty earbuds as per warranty terms or a full refund.
*. Compensation for the mental distress and inconvenience caused by your poor service.
