Makemytrip (india) Pvt. Ltd. - Haven t received flight refund since 10 months

This is about the refund amount which I have not received from last ** months. I booked my tickets in May **** from makemytrip for Jet Airways flight and also booked the same ticket from another agency. But when Jet airways flights were discarded, another agency refunded my amount within * month but not in case of Makemytrip. I have called them more than *** times but there update is always same sentences and words. Basically if other agencies are refunding the amount to passengers then why not Makemytrip may be they have some bad intentions on this to never return the money. I have an amount of INR**,*** which is pending from last ** months.
