PayTM - Haven t got my refund for the bus cancellation

Hello Sir,

This is regarding the cancellation and refund of the bus ticket which done on *th Oct **** from Paytm. Bus details (Anand Travels, Journey- Banglore to Pune, PNR Number:-*********).

This is too much... It's been ** days now, I am calling every week to Paytm customer service and every time I get the same answer. That we haven't got a reply from Anand travels we will get back to you in ** hours. I just called Anand travels and they confirmed me that bus was canceled and Refund is marked in their system(Anand Travels customer service number- ***********)

I not getting this why Paytm taking too much time for the same. This is the worst service I ever get from Paytm... Requesting you to take it as on priority and help me to get my money back.
