I haven’t received a refund payment that was initiated on **th March,****. After multiple calls and emails, with no answer, and random messages saying I am not liable for a refund, ** days after my refund has apparently been processed is just terrible. After a confirmation of my refund on the mentioned date, it’s been almost * months and I haven’t got a penny back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
