I have been using Oyo app for last years with ********** and ********** where the last one is wizarded member paying an additional charge. In both accounts, there is **** Oyo rupee which is ***% usable during booking. But when am tried to book on Feb *st **** using Oyo rupees it showing an error so that I have tried without Oyo rupees and it booked. But why am supposed to pay from my own hand while having enough money in Oyo rupees? Finally, due to the situation, I have checked in to an Oyo home and after that onwards am not able to login to my Oyo account of both numbers. Their customer care is pathetic will not providing solution sometimes disconnecting calls. During these days I have to book three times from Oyo account of friends by paying all the amount from my own hand. I am supposed to have all the amounts refunded because even having enough **k rupee which is fully redeemable and wizard membership they cheated me. Now they are saying I have created so many bookings and cancelled so that is the reason for not able to log in saying that on *th Feb that too contacting from my side. So all my Oyo rupee money worth ***** and wizard membership is held by them. They are not allowing me to use that and made large suffering these days and made money loss. Am asking to get the refund of those bookings and allow me to have Oyo rupee and my wizard membership. I want back my both account which having Oyo rupee worth *****rs and wizard membership.
