Venkatesh Ramanadham filed complaint against Hathway Hyderabad on Jan 12, 2022
I have shifted the house from one place to another in hyderabad, i have raised movment request .
on that time there was no hathway in the place were i shifted and they have closed the ticket with no network service.
after * month they have started internet service in the new location and now they are keep on callinf to activate or pay penality ,i have payed penality still they havent took back router .
they keep on calling saying u need to pay penalty for not returning router and says ****/- penalty incurred. To avoid charges I need to use service for one month and return the router.
But no service providers are asking for router once it is installed and delivered.
Also they threatened with court legal notice and also I have to face humiliation with foul language they use. Please help me in resolving this issue.
