As per the conversation with Mr.Vasanth, L* Engineer, I would like escalate an issue on Bandwidth Speed.
My A/C Number : **********, I have opted for the ***mbps, **** gb plan. But at present i have in and around ** - ** mbps speed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
