When availing the Hathway broad band, they have said the deposit money of Rs. *** will be returned back.
Recently I have surrendered my connection and routers that time their customer care collecting person said that a refund will be made. Now when I ask their support they say I am not eligible for a refund. I want my initial deposit money of Rs. ***.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
