OYO Rooms - Harresssment

I had a booking in ratnakar days inn kolkata on **th dec with advance payment , my booking id is ROTH****, I reported at the hotel at ** pm bt they didn't allow me to check in saying couples are not allowed but when I booked the hotel it was in the category of couple friendly list.the receptionist said he told oyorooms-the coy so many times fr changing from couple friendly to couple unfriendly bt they didn't respond. Later on when I coming to customer care fr this they put my call on hold , I repeated the same thing fr * consecutive times but every time their consumer support put me on hold leaving me standing on the road in the midnight.
