Oyo people shown fake images of hotel in mount abu (Abhishek palace) and we are very much harresed by oyo customer care people.. we are following up with oyo people for almost *-* hrs continuously for change the property but after so many follow up they changed the property to hill palace mount abu. when we arrived at that property owner denied for check in and tell us that rooms are not available.
we are roaming with our family here and there and there were * infant too with us.
Oyo people is only making us fool for *-* hrs continuously..
request you to please look into this matter and update us
