This is a complaint filed against Zol Stays over the harassment of payment for exit charges, which the consumer denied.
The reason for denial was mentioned as "Non-Fullfillment of Servies promised" as per Consumer Protection Act, ****.
The service provider failed to get to provide the service to the consumer even after multiple complaints and tickets were raised.
