My experience of booking my honeymoon with MakemyTrip(MMT) guys has been the worst mistake of my life.
MMT service agents provide pathetic information. On my way to the airport MMT guys called up and said I need to present photographs of me on landing at Bali airport for Visa. When I asked why wasn't I informed earlier he said "Sir sabke ghar mein photo hota hai naa". I had to take detour from airport and waste ** mins in getting pics taken while none was needed for Visa.
*nd, MMT agent and emergency contact folks were useless. MMT agent didn't bother to show up even once. I had to follow up repeatedly and call MMT Gurgaon offices on international roaming to arrange transport from hotels and airports. MMT emergency contact number didn't even pick the call once.
*rd, hotels given to us were sub-par. Ubud room was too small and in Kuta the hotels bathroom was too dirty. The flush didn't work and water was getting clogged- Pics attached.
I want refund of my money I have written to MMT for * months but they didn't even bother responding
