Urban Company formally Urban Clap - Harassment by service representative

I am filing an official complaint about the representative who came to my home on *th Feb **** for the salon services she did not follow any safety measures for COVID when asked said I'm sorry forgot and then she forgot all the tools for services plus one of the services was not taken due to lack of tools. I complained to get a refund after refund she is harrassing me by calling and now sending me messages demanding money. if a customer is unhappy and asked for REFUND or complains about the service you cannot call or message the consumer. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. I am tired of sending emails and calling them about this harassment continues plus I asked for compensation as this harassment continues so urban company stopped responding they blocked my urban clap account without notifying or calling me. I need proper compensation for all this torture and harassment
